Kundalini Yoga practice is a dynamic and deeply spiritual way to nourish the body and soul, by engaging and fuelling the physical and energetic bodies.
Physical movement postures and actions (kriyas) gently condition and strengthen the physical body systems. The breathwork elements (pranayama) provide and move the life-force energy (Prana) to rejuvenate the body, the mind, and the spirit. We take the time to deeply relax to integrate the effect of the session, and we finish with a meditation to connect to the core of our being, and Beyond.
Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of awareness. Very quickly you become aware of your energy, your state of mind, and the clarity and healing that comes with the practice. As the elements of the practice used in each class are intentional and serve a goal, you become intentional with your thoughts, how you spend your energy and apply your focus. The benefits of the practice flow from the mat into your life, infusing it with joy and lightness.
This uplifting practice consists of physical exercise (kriya), breath control (pranayam), meditation and DEEP relaxation with gong.
The classes are 75-90 minutes long.
No class is the same, so you will never get bored! I share this practice in a way that’s easily accessible, no matter what’s your age, physical condition, or body type! Everyone is welcome!

Summer is a busy time, and we are organizing more classes, because your wellness doesn't take the back seat.
Your Kundalini Yoga classes are happening! The same structure that you love, with breathwork, physical set, deep relaxation, and meditation included in every class.
Gong soundbaths during the relaxation are included when appropriate.
We will forgo the class series, and instead we'll have
all-level (beginners are ALWAYS welcome),
all topic,
all of your favourite sets and meditations,
all summer long!
The classes will energize you, balance you, gently challenge you (how much? It's up to you), clear your mind, and uplift you.
In these classes, you always get what you need, and throughout summer you're welcome to explore different classes at different times and days. The vibe is always a little different!

This summer, to serve you BEST, we are adding more classes and a flexible way to participate, both in-person and online!
Choose whichever number of classes you want to (or can) come to, and pay accordingly.
Please let me know which class(es) you'll be attending ahead of the time, so that I am expecting you.
If you have classes left over after the summer, you can redeem them for a class series until the end of 2025.

Space is limited to 5 people per class. Drop-ins accepted with prior notification and space allowing.
Please note: 2 dogs live under this roof, so if you have severe dog allergies please consider attending online. There are also stairs leading to the studio, so you have to be able negotiate up and down 12 stairs.

If you have to miss a class or are not able to attend at all, a recording will be sent to you.
